This Returns Policy explains your rights and our procedures regarding the return of pharmacy items purchased from us, in line with UK law and pharmacy best practices.

Medicines and prescription products

Due to legal and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

• Prescription medications (NHS or private).

• Over-the-counter medicines (including those for minor ailments).

• Controlled drugs or pharmacy-only items.

Once a medicine or prescription item has left the pharmacy premises, it cannot be returned or reused, even if it is unopened. This is to ensure patient safety and to comply with the Medicines Act 1968 and GPhC regulations.

If you believe you have received the wrong medicine or a faulty item, please contact us immediately, and we will investigate and take appropriate action.

Non-medicinal products

We may accept returns for non-medicinal items (e.g. health and beauty products, medical devices, skincare products) provided that:

• The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

• You return it within 14 days of purchase.

• You provide proof of purchase (e.g. receipt or order confirmation).

Please note:

• We do not accept returns of personal care items, such as thermometers, face masks, or hygiene products, once opened, due to health protection and hygiene reasons.

• If the product is faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to a refund or replacement in accordance with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Disposal of unused medicines

We offer a free and safe disposal service for unwanted or expired medicines. You can return these items to our pharmacy in person for safe destruction in accordance with environmental and legal standards.
